Akiten Realty Investments serve as the centralized real estate investment management vehicle representing various AKITEN related entities, Akiten Realty is an opportunistic real estate investor with direct and operating company activities in land development, hotels and resorts, single family and multifamily housing, commercial, industrial and other segments of the real estate industry.
